Welcome to the Navchetna Neem Project, an innovative initiative designed to promote sustainable livelihoods through the cultivation and utilization of neem. Our project adopts a cluster approach, believing in the power of small Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs) evolving into large, impactful entities.
Our Vision
At Navchetna, we envision creating a robust federation of FPOs, each contributing to the collective goal of sustainable agriculture and community empowerment. By developing small institutions together, we build a network of FPOs that support each other and drive regional economic growth.

Empowering 500 farmers (25% women) in 20 villages with quality inputs, training, and market access.

Leading dairy sector innovation, empowering farmers, and fostering sustainable growth near the Ganga.
Katherwa Mahadev FPO
Incorporated on October 18, 2023, it engages in crop and animal production services.
Majhwa Krishichetna FPO
Incorporated on August 30, 2022, it focuses on crop cultivation and horticulture.
These organizations are the backbone of our cluster approach, working together to enhance agricultural practices, improve market access, and increase the profitability of neem-based products.
