Chairperson

Certified Master Trainer, social activist with 16 years' experience, worked with ministries, NGOs, completed UN program.

Ms. Aparna Srivastava from Lucknow is a certified Master Trainer from International Labor Organization. She is a social activist who left her banking career and has an immense experience of 16 years.

As a social worker she has worked in a variety of settings with framework of relevant legislations and procedures supporting individuals, families, children, members from LGBTQ community. She has worked with various ministries, Government organizations, Funding agencies like Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Tech Mahindra Foundation, Smile Foundation. She has also completed a certificate program from UN Women.

She has been a part of research study on “Socio Economic conditions of people staying in bordering areas of Pakistan Rajasthan Borders “for Ministry of Home Affairs. Her research work even got submitted to PMO.
She is founder of Guiding Souls Trust and Strategic Solutions along with consultant with Amrita Vishwa Vidya Peet ham.

Mukesh Kumar Pandey

Founder/CEO

Dedicated to environmentalism since 2010. Led a team planting 8 million trees, advocating water conservation.

Mukesh Pandey is a dedicated environmentalist who has been working towards mitigating climate change since 2010. As the founder and CEO of Navchetna in Mirzapur, he has led a team of 196 people who have planted 80 lakh trees for the carbon credit project and agroforestry. He has also been a vocal advocate for water conservation, running campaigns to raise awareness about the issue.

Mukesh Pandey has initiated a tree audit of the Mirzapur region, counting all the native trees in the 30 villages of the area. He holds a Postgraduate Diploma in NGO Management from EDII Ahmedabad, Gujarat and is a trained SIYB (ILO’s flagship program) trainer. Mukesh has been working towards promoting green entrepreneurship among FPOs, farmers, and SHG members for a decade, and is passionate about making a positive impact on society through Navchetna and his team.

Mr. Shashank Tripathi is a law graduate from prestigious Hidayatullah National Law University ( HNLU) Raipur and did his masters Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Mr. Tripathi has been a passionate advocate for enabling models for sustainable livelihood and working towards adopting models for benefitting the farming community and rural populace, it is simply with this vision and ambition began the journey for Navchetna.

A Law Graduate from one of the premier Law Institutes in India (NLIU, Bhopal) and having 16 years of experience as an in- house Lawyer with several Companies in the BFSI Industry. Firm believer in ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwaas and Sabka Prayas’ and keen to work as a catalyst in unleashing the true potential of Indian Farmers/Rural Sector.

An avid reader, awakened citizen, who believes in philanthropy and collective good. With his legal background, he brings various key aspects to the table which shall help in structuring and functioning of Navchetna in a channelized way along with making the Company fully compliant with laws and regulations.
